Imagine Dragons Believer Lyrics |BEST|

The lyrics to the song -- written by Reynolds, Tranter, Wayne Sermon, Ben McKee, Daniel Platzman, and the songwriting duo Mattman & Robin -- read, "Oh let the bullets fly, oh let them rain / My life, my love, my drive, it came from / Pain / You made me a, you made me a believer, believer."

Imagine Dragons Believer Lyrics

The music draws you in and the artist are extremely talented, but I had to stop listening to and liking a song because of the lyrics. "Welcome to the new age to the new age" is not words that honor Christ Jesus. It's about an apocalypse and not in line with what the bible says. God says, thou shall worship no other Gods but Him. New Age is more in line with witchcraft. Also the song Demons. I must admit it can touch a persons heart, but out of my reverence for God, it is not something a christian should be listening to. This group is definitely Anti-Christ (against Christ 1 John 4:3) Many people say they are Christians but don't learn the word so many "so-called" believers may like the music. I'm not here to insult anyone who likes the music(if the lyrics were different, I'd potentially love the music), only here to say this music is definitely against the truths of the bible. John 3:16

When I first heard this song, believer, I was extremely attracted to the music itself. I was confused about the lyrics. Whether it said pain or faith. Of course I googled it. But both fit. I love the song. I think it speaks to the soul. And my teenagers like it too. If you can get teenagers to listen and actually think about the lyrics then you are doing good in this world. Thanks for the music. SincerelySharon

I listened to the song believer, and like so many others, the beat/progressions etc is very catchy and likeable; however, there are lines in the song that makes me question how any Christian can pass it off as just harmless. For example, we aren't to rely on ourselves as if we can put the next breath of life into our own lungs. Again we aren't to even lean on our own understanding as is written in Proverbs. Yet the line "I'm the master of my sea"... Really?Taking my message from the veins"Speaking my lesson from the brainSeeing the beauty through the (pain)."Other questionable lyrics: Third things thirdSend a prayer to the "ones" up aboveAll the hate that you've heard has turned your spirit to a dove, oh oohYour spirit up above, oh ooh.... (what spirit I ask)One last line I will note: By the grace of the fire and the flamesCome on discerners of the Spirit. 041b061a72
